We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst
We are seeking for this position a person with minimal 5 years of experience, strong
fundamentals, and a willingness to keep learning. You need to enjoy solving hard problems and
getting the job done.
Responsibilities
- Studying business requirements, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Implements new business flows by creating workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
- Improves systems by studying current practices, designing modifications.
- Recommends measurement points by identifying problems, writing improved procedures.
- Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
- Works independently and in collaboration with teams across different time zones.
Qualifications
- Degree in IT/computer science or equivalent experience in IT functional/system analysis.
- At least 5 years of experience
- Passionate about developing new and rethinking current systems and processes
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Experience in business process modeling and testing.
- Knowledge about financial systems, payment systems and Blockchain is a strong plus
Preferred
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- SQL, Node.js knowledge
- UI/UX knowledge
- Experience with CI/CD and deployments
- Experience with financial systems
- Experience with crypto and blockchain development
Location
- Bangkok or Barcelona are the preferred option
- Kyiv is also a possibility
- Remote work is possible
