Coinweb is on a mission to solve blockchain’s biggest problems. We’re making usable blockchain technology that’s more collaborative, better connected, and accessible for everyone. We have a diverse and international team with offices in London, Bangkok, Singapore, Estonia, Lithuania and Barcelona.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer

The main focus of the job is to act as the bridge between the company and the Coinweb community. You will work closely with senior design leadership to develop and execute graphics and creative solutions for both internal and external communications. You will have an opportunity to help define the brand identity of Coinweb as it moves forward into this next stage of growth.

Responsibilities

  • Active involvement and contribution across all aspects of the design process from ideation to final execution
  • Development of marketing goods and content such as social media, merchandise, event materials
  • Cross-functional collaboration (e.g. marketing team, video editors) of specific given tasks
  • Develop internal presentations and investor pitch decks
  • Build and maintain design standards and brand guides
  • Assisting senior design leadership

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in graphic design and/or content creation
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Working knowledge of the digital landscape in media, social, design, and technology
  • Great communication skills in English
  • Team player and with a proactive work ethic
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to explain the design process or reasoning behind the work created
  • Ability to take constructive criticism well
  • Dedication to preserving and delivering work of quality with a drive for self-improvement
  • Experienced in Sketch, Figma, Canva and graphic animations is highly desirable
  • Experience in Web design (desktop and mobile) and/or personal illustrations is highly desirable
  • Understanding and interest in the blockchain industry is a plus
  • Being able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is a must!
